Four-peat! Congratulations to our Eagles Volleyball team on their victory over St. Croix Lutheran Academy, capturing the Section 4AA Championship and advancing to the State Tournament for the fourth consecutive year! The energy from our NLA fans was incredible. Thank you to everyone who came out to cheer them on! Our Varsity girls are now headed to State this Thursday, November 6th. We can’t wait to pack the stands and show our Eagle pride!

The following information provides details for our students and families:
Pep Fest:
Middle and Upper School students will cheer on our Varsity Eagles Volleyball team during a pep fest in the Worship Center beginning at approximately 10:00 am. Parents and community members are welcome to join us!
Middle and Upper School Early Release:

Early Ed and Lower School:
Middle and Upper School students will be dismissed at 12:00 pm on Thursday (11/6). Students may attend the game or go home at that time. No classes will take place after 12:00 pm. Students who need to remain at school may stay on campus and will be supervised until 3:00 pm. Friday’s (11/7) school hours will not be changed.
Upper and Middle School students attending the game on Thursday (11/6) can choose a “grab and go” lunch, which includes Papa John’s pizza, chips, and a bottle of water. Lunches must be preordered during the Thursday morning lunch count, and students must prepay at Common Grounds before chapel. Students will receive a hand stamp and pick up their lunch at 12:00 pm before heading to the game. Students remaining at school on Thursday will have a hot lunch option.
Early Ed and Lower School will maintain normal school hours. EE and LS students can attend the game, and their absence will be marked excused. Parents must fill out an absence form ahead of time and notify teachers if they will be gone.
Upper School Fan Bus:
Support your NLA Eagles! We encourage students to attend the game and will provide fan buses for Upper School students only. Middle School students must arrange their own transportation. Upper School students interested in riding the fan bus should complete the fan bus sign-up form. Students who ride the bus to the game must also return to NLA on the bus.
Thursday, Nov. 6th – Fan bus will leave NLA at 12:15 pm
Friday, Nov. 7th – Fan bus will leave NLA at 4:15 pm
T-Shirts:
NLA Volleyball “Section 4AA Champions” t-shirts are available for $15. The white 100% cotton shirts may be worn as uniforms for Middle and Upper School students and as Spirit Wear for Lower School students. Sizes range from youth small to adult XXL, and quantities are limited—shirts will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Online orders will be accepted until 8:30 am on Thursday (11/6) Any remaining shirts may be purchased with exact cash or check (made out to NLA) after 9:00 am on Thursday (11/6). Shirts will be available for pick-up in the main office at 9:30 am on Thursday (11/6).
The following information provides details regarding the State Tournament games:
Tickets:
Single-session tickets must be purchased online! These tickets DO NOT include in/out privileges. Make sure you choose the correct day/session when purchasing your tickets online.
$17.00 for adults – $11.00 for students.
No senior discounts. Non-school-age children are free.
Day passes (with in and out privileges) can be purchased on-site with card only.
Programs:
There are no printed programs available on site. Programs can be accessed online.
Bag Policy:
Bags, purses, and backpacks are NOT ALLOWED. Clutch, wristlet, and wallets sized 4”x6”x1.5” or smaller are allowed and subject to inspection. Medical bags and diaper bags are allowed; however, they are required to pass through x-ray screening.
Streaming:
Streaming is available for all games.
*Individual sessions/games are not available for purchase. The cheapest option is a monthly subscription for $10 which gives you access to all tournament games in the month of November.
