Additional Fees
  • Application fee of $150
  • Non-refundable enrollment deposit of $450 (K-12) or $200 (Early Ed). This will be applied toward the overall tuition. 
  • Before/After School Care
  • Activity fees for drama, athletics, or other extracurriculars  
  • AP testing fees
  • Instrument rental $5-$50
  • Local and global excursions

Variable Tuition

New Life Academy offers Variable Tuition to make private Christian education more accessible for families with varying financial needs. This need-based tuition assistance program is available to students in Kindergarten through Grade 12. Students enrolled in Preschool Prep, Preschool, or Pre-K are not eligible to receive Variable Tuition.

Variable Tuition Range

Variable Tuition aid ranges from $0 to a maximum of nearly half a year’s tuition, based on the financial need of each student’s family.

How Eligibility is Determined

As part of the Variable Tuition application process, families provide financial information that is used to conduct a need-based financial analysis. All personal financial information provided is kept confidential.

When to Apply

We encourage families to apply for Variable Tuition as soon as possible.

The first step in the admission process is to create an admissions account in the Veracross Admissions Portal. You can access the online admissions application when you log in to your Veracross account. Families can apply for Variable Tuition at the same time, even if all admissions application requirements are not yet complete. This helps ensure that your Variable Tuition application gets processed before an offer of acceptance is given.

Annual Renewal

Variable Tuition is awarded annually for one school year and is based on current financial need. Since financial situations can change over time, families must submit a new Variable Tuition application each year. Please note that renewal is not automatic or guaranteed.

Admission & Variable Tuition

Applying for Variable Tuition has no impact on admission decisions. Your child’s application for admission and your family’s application for Variable Tuition are reviewed separately.
