Tuition and Affordability
We believe that Christian education has never been more important than today and that there is no greater investment you can make in your child. We partner with parents to ensure each child reaches their full potential in a God-honoring environment. To realize our vision of “preparing faith-filled, future-ready students to influence the world for Jesus Christ” our students need to realize that who they are matters as much as what they know. That’s why we believe that the heart is the pathway to the mind. When home, church, and school comes together, a solid foundation is built that lasts a lifetime. It’s what we refer to as ‘Kingdom Education.’

Think you can't afford a quality Christian education?
Think again! New Life Academy proudly offers financial assistance for grades K-12. Tuition at New Life Academy is not a “one-size-fits all.” It’s a range based on each family’s circumstances. Variable Tuition is a need-based program that adjusts tuition rates to meet your family’s unique financial position.
Payment Options:
- Annual
- Bi-annual
- 10-month (Early Ed) or 12-month (K-12) plan
Variable Tuition Application Process
Step 1: Create your admissions account and start your online application
Step 2: Apply for Variable Tuition (only grades K-12 qualify)
Need-based financial aid is awarded annually, and renewal is not automatic or guaranteed as funds may vary and a family’s finances may change. All families that wish to apply need to complete a Variable Tuition application annually. There is a $48 non-refundable fee to apply. It is important to note that the admissions process and the financial aid process run parallel.
Variable Tuition applications are considered on a rolling basis. Awards are typically communicated to applicants within 10-15 business days of the time that FAST receives the Variable Tuition application and supporting documents.

Variable Tuition FAQs
General FAQs
What is Variable Tuition?
Variable Tuition is a need-based tuition assistance program similar to those used by many private schools, colleges, and universities. This program allows families to apply for reduced tuition (grades K-12) based on the families’ financial situation. Thus, this makes a New Life Academy Christian education accessible to many qualified students who could not otherwise join our school community.
How Does Variable Tuition Work?
Any family (current or new) of a kindergarten through twelfth grade student may apply for Variable Tuition if they are concerned about affording the full tuition rate at New Life Academy and they think they may qualify for the program. Many factors are considered when determining the tuition amount a family is able to pay, including income, assets, unusual expenses, and the size of the family. The resources available for the family in a given year must also be considered in light of the Variable Tuition awards available at New Life Academy.
An application for Variable Tuition does not affect the re-enrollment or admission process. Regardless of financial need, parents should initiate the re-enrollment or admission process as early as possible. Families may apply for Variable Tuition only after they have applied for re-enrollment or admission to the school.
It is not possible for a family or the school to estimate the tuition level for which a family qualifies without the completion of a Variable Tuition application. Applications are submitted directly to FAST, a third-party agency. FAST evaluates the application based on criteria set by the school and makes a recommendation to the school’s Variable Tuition team. Families are notified of the tuition level for which they qualify from the school’s business office.
Unfortunately, the school is not able to provide Variable Tuition to every deserving student. We work within the available resources to make the school accessible to as many students and families as possible. A Variable Tuition waiting list will be established.
Do I need to apply to New Life Academy to receive confirmation of my Variable Tuition?
Yes.
Upon completion of my Variable Tuition application, when will I receive confirmation of my Variable Tuition?
Typically within 2 weeks of providing all required information to our confidential third party service.
