STUDENT OPPORTUNITIES
Community Group Mentors offers NLA seniors a unique and purposeful opportunity to apply the training (mentorship, service, leadership) they received during their junior year at NLA. Seniors who desire to be community group mentors have a (1) growing relationship with Jesus Christ, (2) set an example for younger students in a personal relationship with Christ. Elementary Community groups occur during elementary chapel once a month, and are designed with a small group of 10-12 students and two high school leaders. Opportunities will be available for high school students to share in a large group chapel as well as with their assigned small groups.
Junior and Senior students: are you interested in helping out with Just Between Friends? The Wednesday shift would help bagging items at checkout and the Saturday shifts are sorting unsold items for their charity partner New Life Family services. Contact Sue Endle by email for more information.
