Common Grounds Cafe

Common Grounds Café offers students, teachers, and parents a place to gather and connect over a good cup of coffee. Common Grounds uses ingredients distributed by an organization called “CityKid Java.” CityKid Java is an organization which helps kids and families in Minneapolis break from a cycle of constant poverty. According to their website, it is stated that the organization uses 100% Arabica coffee beans and that they are one of the leading coffee brands.

Common Grounds is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 – 3:30 pm. Online ordering is available making it easy to have your coffee ready in between classes.

Every Wednesday, when you buy a coffee, the proceeds go to Living Water International to provide a well in another country. Buy a Coffee Buy a Well (BACBAW) was started in 2009 by students of the class of 2010. So far wells have been bought in Africa and India and we look forward to contributing to many more wells.
